Service Administrator (Position filled)
We are currently searching for an Service Administrator. The right candidate for this position should be able to expertly handle the responsibilities listed below, as well as display the desired personal qualities and characteristics of someone able to complete these tasks successfully and in a timely manner.

 Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Providing administrative support for the Service Department.
  • Create work orders for customers with service issues.
  • Dispatch techs and track service calls through completion
  • Ordering, tracking, and receiving of parts and supplies.
  • Working with staff, customers, and vendors to resolve issues.
  • Account for inventory
  • Knowledge of computer systems and data base programs.  bmi uses E-Automate for inventory, accounting and service dispatch.
  • Shop tech

 Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent computer skills and software knowledge with the ability to learn new software programs.
