Maintenance Programs

bmi offers three difference maintenance programs.

1. Maintenance and Supply Program - This premier agreement includes routine maintenance, repair calls, operator assistance, and even supplies (except paper and staples).  For total peace of mind this is your best plan.
2. Maintenance Program - This agreement includes routine maintenance, repair calls, and operator assistance.  It does not include supplies or consumables.  It is the plan most used for fax machines, printers, typewriters, and calculators.
3. Depot Maintenance - This is an economical plan for the people that want to avoid the high cost of service, but are willing to bring the equipment to our office for service.  This plan is most frequently used by customers with equipment in their home.
